1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZLY Mining (zelyx.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency mining is prohibited.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify support immediately of any unauthorized access.
• One account per person only. Multiple accounts will be suspended.

4. Mining Services

• Mining starts automatically and immediately upon registration - completely free.
• Mining power determines your hourly ZLY earnings.
• Each mining cycle lasts 12 hours. Rewards can be claimed at the end of each cycle.
• Unclaimed rewards remain pending but stop growing after the cycle ends.
• Auto Claim is an optional paid service (Trial: 3 days free, Monthly: $2, Yearly: $20).

5. Packages & Purchases

• Packages are optional and not required to mine.
• Packages provide instant ZLY tokens + permanent mining power.
• All package purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Packages are purchased using USDT (BEP-20). Minimum deposit: 10 USDT.

6. Referral Program

• Earn +50 permanent mining power per verified referral.
• 3-level commission structure: L1: 10%, L2: 5%, L3: 2.5% of referrals' mining earnings only (not package purchases).
• Self-referrals and fake accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

7. Withdrawals

• KYC verification is required for all withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal: 100 ZLY.
• Minimum user level for withdrawal: Silver (2,500 MP).
• 7-day cooldown between withdrawal requests.
• 1% burn tax on all withdrawals (permanently removed from supply).
• Admin approval required (processed within 24 hours).
• You pay only network gas fees when claiming tokens to your wallet.

8. KYC (Identity Verification)

• KYC is NOT required for using the platform, mining, or buying packages.
• KYC IS required for withdrawals only.
• Required documents: Government ID + Selfie photo.
• Verification takes 24-48 hours.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the platform or smart contract.
• Create multiple accounts for referral abuse.
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Use bots or automated scripts to bypass platform rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months, or $100 USD (whichever is lower).
• We are not responsible for losses due to blockchain network issues, user errors, or security breaches beyond our control.

11. Smart Contract Disclaimer

The mining mechanism is governed by a verified smart contract on Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The platform team cannot modify, pause, or interfere with the smart contract's operations.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Any reason at our sole discretion (with notice).

13. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates (Dubai).
• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai.
• You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
